Custom car rental and operations software for Dubai businesses

Rental companies in Dubai must register every contract in RTA's TARS and keep track of Salik, DARB, parking and fines. We've already built that — for a live rental fleet. For you it's a head start, not a build from scratch

If this sounds like your typical Monday

  • I don't know where the car, the order or the money is right now

  • A manager forgot — and we lost customers

  • The week before the event is chaos

  • Every month someone builds the report by hand

  • The one person who knew how it all works has left

These are the processes we turn into a system

What's already built

  • contracts registered in TARS automatically
  • Salik and DARB charges, Parkonic parking and RTA fines collected on a schedule and attached to the right rental
  • roles and access built around the business: managers, brokers, private and corporate clients
  • AI goes through SecurePath by SIRA trip data and tells the manager who speeds
  • every Emirates NBD account transaction flows into the system automatically
  • invoice, contract and receipt generated in the system

Why not an offshore contractor

  • support in English and Russian, in Gulf hours
  • you deal with the people who built it, not a ticket queue
  • the code and the data are yours

Three real systems. Numbers, not promises

Three cases where the processes are turned into a system and already running

From the contract to the car coming back — in one system, with UAE government services built in

What stage are you at right now?

Pick the one that fits you — we'll show you how the work goes from there

On the review call

We break the process down step by step: who does what today, what lives only in your staff's heads and what's worth changing first

What you get

The scope of the first version and the cost of each stage — even before you decide whether to work with us

Even if the task seems too simple for a system of its own, tell us anyway. On the review call we'll quickly see whether it's worth automating

Discuss the idea

On the review call

We go through the mockup together and test it against the real process: who presses this button, what the second employee sees, what happens when you have ten times the customers

What you get

An estimate based on your mockup and a list of the flows and screens it's missing — for example, a workspace for a specific role or the owner's dashboard

It doesn't have to be pretty — screenshots or a sketch on paper will do. Add the link to your request

Show the mockup

On the review call

We read the spec in advance and bring questions: where requirements contradict each other, what is missing for the integrations, what is cheaper to do differently

What you get

An estimate, a date for the first working version and a list of changes we'd suggest making to the spec — with the reasoning behind each one

Add the link to the spec to your request, or send the file by email or Telegram — the contacts are next to the form

Discuss the spec

From the first call to a working system

  1. We review your process

You tell us how it works today. Together we work out:

    • where things get stuck every week
    • what breaks on your busiest day
    • what gets lost if a key person leaves

  2. The blueprint and the estimate

We map out how the new system will work and split the build into stages, each with a clear price

After the review call, the blueprint and the estimate are yours to keep — you can use them for internal sign-off. You pay nothing at this stage

  3. First working version

The key flows run on your data, and your staff are already using the system

  4. As your process changes, the system grows with it

A new service, a new role, a new report — we add to the system instead of rebuilding it

Starting price for a project

  • What's included

    The starting price usually covers:

    • process map
    • screens per role
    • documents
    • 1–2 integrations
    • launch
    • team training

  • Priced per project

    • process
    • roles
    • integrations
    • scope of the first version

Even two rental companies with 20 cars each can have very different needs: one works with brokers and corporate clients, the other doesn't. That's why one price list for everyone doesn't work

  • Pay stage by stage

You pay up front for the current stage only

We work in stages. At the end of each one, you get a working part of the system

  • After launch

We agree on the cost of support before launch

It depends on what we take on: updates, help for your staff and improvements

How we work

The same on every project

  • The code and the database are yours from the first stageWe hand you a copy at the end of every stage, not at the end of the project
  • We write the documentation from the very startWe describe the system's structure, access rights and key logic, so the knowledge doesn't stay in one developer's head
  • Monthly supportNo annual contract required. You renew support for as long as you need it
  • We hand the system over to your teamWe show how everything works, train your staff to use it and stay in touch while the team gets up to speed

StrengthTrade-off

Definitely write to us if:

  • you have many repeating operations
  • a missed deadline, a lost document or missing equipment costs you dearly
  • you have a day when everything has to hold
  • the owner decides
  • off-the-shelf software didn't fit or the rollout scares you

Worth a call if:

  • the task looks too simple for a custom system
  • a standard CRM still does the job
  • you need to extend a system someone else built

Questions owners ask

How long does a project take?
LokoLeto's first working version took two weeks of development. We'll name your date after the review call — it depends on the integrations
Where is our data stored?
On servers in Russia, access by roles, daily backups. Personal data is handled under Russian law (152-FZ) — see our privacy policy
Can you integrate with RTA, our bank and GPS?
Yes — that's most of what we do. ALVI works with RTA TARS, Salik, DARB, Parkonic, SecurePath and Emirates NBD — contracts, tolls, fines and money meet in one place with nothing retyped
How much do we pay up front?
One stage, no more. Want to stop — you stop after any stage, and what's already built keeps working
Who owns the system?
You do. The code, the database, the documentation and the access are yours from the first stage. Support is monthly, and your team can run the system themselves — we show them how
What happens on the review call?
You describe the process; we ask three questions and tell you whether a custom system is the right answer
Do you work in Russia and the CIS?
Yes — it's our main market: our Russia and CIS site

Tell us where it hurts

We'll show you what your system could look like — free of charge

  • The review call and a preliminary estimate are free
  • You'll talk to the people who will actually build it
  • After the review call, you'll get an outline of the first version and a preliminary price
