By ticking the consent box in the form on the UAE pages of do-it.agency and clicking “Book a free review call”, I consent to BUILDWELL SOFTWARE DESIGN - FZCO (DIEZA licence No. 93797, Building A5, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE; trading as doIT Agency; the “Company”) processing my personal data on the terms below.
Purpose
Replying to my request and arranging a free process review
Personal data
Name; company name; contact details (phone number, Telegram username or email); the text of the request; the date, time and IP address of submission; the version of this consent text
Processing operations
Collection, recording, storage, updating, use, disclosure to the Company’s employee who answers requests (notification via Telegram), restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated means
Transfer outside the UAE
I expressly consent to my personal data being transferred outside the UAE and stored on a server in the Russian Federation
Term
This consent is valid for 3 years from the date of our last contact, unless I withdraw it earlier
Withdrawal
I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a message to info@do-it.agency. Processing stops after the withdrawal is received, unless the Company has another legal ground to continue
