doIT Pointer consent to personal data processing

By pressing «Даю согласие» (I give consent) in the settings of the «doIT Указка» (doIT Pointer) extension, I, an employee of a company that received a key for this extension from doIT Agency, give O SPORT LLC (37 Belovezhskaya St., apt. 153, Moscow, Russia; OGRN 1247700191705, INN 9731131284; trading as doIT Agency; the Operator) consent to process my personal data on the following terms

Purpose

To give my company the recordings I make with the extension so that the company’s AI assistant does the tasks I set in them

Personal data

My voice during the recording and the text the Operator transcribes it into; addresses and titles of pages open during the recording; cursor movement, clicks and scrolling; a description of the element under the cursor (button, link, page text) without input field values; screenshots of the visible part of the page while I speak and the cursor stays still (unless turned off in settings); recording time, time zone, extension and browser versions; extension key name; the IP address the recording came from; consent details: text version, time «Даю согласие» was pressed, time the server received the consent and the IP address it came from

Operations and method

Collection, recording, storage, speech-to-text, systematisation, retrieval, provision to my company, deletion and destruction, by automated means. Speech is transcribed on the Operator’s server in Moscow; recording audio is not transferred outside Russia

Cross-border transfer

My company opens recordings with the AI assistant Claude by Anthropic PBC (USA). It runs outside Russia: during the pilot on a server in the Netherlands, with requests processed in the USA. The recording report (pages, phrases, pointers), cursor track and marked screenshots are transferred there. Audio and original screenshots stay with the Operator. I consent to this transfer for my task to be done

Term

Each recording is kept for 30 days after it ends and is then deleted from the Operator’s server entirely. My company’s program deletes downloaded copies older than 30 days by itself. Consent is valid until withdrawn

Withdrawal

I can withdraw consent with the «Отозвать» (Withdraw) button in the extension settings or by e-mail to info@do-it.agency. After withdrawal the extension stops recording and the Operator accepts no new recordings from my key. Recordings made before withdrawal are deleted within 30 days, or earlier at my request through the company’s AI assistant or by e-mail to info@do-it.agency
